Q: Can I hire you to photograph my event, home, or make a portrait?
A: Yes, I am also a commercial photographer who does many types of photography, including real estate, events, portraits, business and 3D virtual tours. Visit
flatironspromedia.com for more information and to schedule a photo shoot.
Q: How do I order a print?
A: Click on a photo, then click the Buy Photo button on the bottom right of any photo, then you will see options for the type of print, after you select a type, then you will see sizes, cropping and prices. Make your selections and add to your shopping cart.
Q: Can I order a frame for my print?
A: Yes, you will be given an option for adding a frame when you check out. Just click on "Finishing Options" where you can choose the type of frame and add to your order. You can also buy a loose print and frame it yourself. Currently, the Fine Art prints do not offer framing options. Canvas and Metal Wall Art do not offer frames, as they come ready to hang.
Q: Will the watermark show on the prints I order?
A: No, the copyright watermark will not appear on any of the final products
Q: How do I choose the cropping of a photo?
A: Most images are in 4:3 proportion, meaning that the full image will show on a 4”x6”, 8”x12”, 12”x18” sized print, and so on. When you select a print size, it will show you if any of the image will be cropped off by the shaded areas. This is normal for print sizes not proportional to the original, and you can adjust the cropping to your preference before checking out. Some images are in other proportions, so you may need to look in the Other Sizes category for sizes that better fit that particular photograph. If you get stuck, please contact me, I’m here to help!
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Paper prints usually arrive within a week. Canvas and Metal take a bit longer, 1 to 2 weeks. Adding a frame also adds time to your order
Q: Do you license your images for publication?
A: Yes! Contact me for pricing.
Q: Which photo lab do you use?
A: Bay Photo, a lab trusted by Professional Photographers for over 40 years.
Q: Why is shipping so expensive?
A: Shipping cost is set by the photo lab, and the price includes sturdy packaging to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition, along with the shipping carrier cost.
Q: What kind of camera do you use?
A: To me, a camera is just a tool, like a painter's brush or a writer’s keyboard. You can make beautiful photographs with any type of camera, and I have used many different brands and models over the years. If you would like to know what I am currently using, use the 'Contact Me' button above and I will reply
